The Beginning

Today is the first day of the rest of my life.  I've made a promise to myself to get up every day at 5 in the morning and walk for three miles on the treadmill.  I owe my parents for letting me use their treadmill.  You may ask, why did you make this promise?  Well, last spring I tore my left PCL and that summer I tore my right PCL.  There is a lot of pressure on my knees with out those ligaments so it is painful to walk.  I actually had surgery on my right knee so I have a reconstructed right PCL.  I also want to see how my life will change from getting up early every day and taking advantage of the day, taking advantage of life in general.  The third reason is because I am getting married August 2nd, 2014 and I want to be in great shape, the best of my life to begin my new life and to be in great shape for my honeymoon to Hawaii hopefully.  During this time I am also going to try and eat well.  I probably will cheat every now and then but if I can stick to it for the most part, it will be an accomplishment.  This is about redemption and redeeming all of the things the devil has taken from me.  This is a redemption song (blog).
